Exceptional hotel, the staff are outstanding and really care about the hotel and guests. The grounds are immaculate, and the facilities are top class. The breakfast was amazing, perfect fresh buffet and additional cooked items made to order, it was quiet, ordered and well staffed, unlike most hotel's chaotic breakfast buffets. All restaurants were a good standard, as were the bars.

Everything was fabulous. We had a great week. The food and wine was amazing. The staff were all fantastic, always smiling. Everyone greeted us with a big welcome. The hotel was spotless throughout. The gardens were beautifully kept. Big shout out to the bar staff the the club house, we had some good nights there. We happened to be there when the bar was made into an American speakeasy bar, we had a great night with the visiting bar men from New York. Another shout out to Alan on the Teppanyaki, he was very entertaining and made our night, the food was excellent. We also ate at Aladin, we chose the beef stroganoff and crepe suzette, which was made at our table. It was fabulous! All in all it was an unfortgettable week, we will definitey be back.........

The property is wonderful, perfectly located with a private beach and all amenities that one can imagine. We loved the stay and will definitely visit again. The yoga classes with Alda and Margareta in the mornings and the SPA offerings were a highlight and the views from the beach bar were a dream. We noticed that the entire staff is highly motivated and committed to make us as comfortable as possible. The food in all restaurants we visited was great and the service provided is a 10.

There is nothing I didn't like about this hotel. We stayed in a villa just across the road which gave us plenty of space (including a roof terrace) to enjoy, whilst also experiencing all the hotel has to offer. This was a truly relaxing break. The beach is lovely (would be nigh on impossible with mobility issues) and it's not far to more accessible neighbouring stretches. The spa treatments were lovely and we enjoyed mini golf and the children's outdoor play area. The pool areas were clean and inviting.

We went for our 10th Anniversary in early Sept. Amazing property, wonderful breakfast (they have different menus at the two main spots so take a walk), tremendous staff. Great diversity in food choices. The cliff walk adjacent to the property is also wonderful so don't forget to check it out. Next town is walkable via cliff walk, but kinda a dump, did enjoy Sardinha Asada for a beer/grilled sardine with an amazing view which is closest external dining option. I was a little worried that it may be dated/too big, but property is in excellent shape and size is all manageable as long as you are not limited in mobility. Spa is nice but not world class. It is very hilly, so may not be a great choice if limited. Wonderful luxury vacation as long as you don't mind spending the money, they are going to kill you in all the places you expect, but no surprises. Overall very impressed.

From our arrival to departure this resort hotel exceeded all our expectations on every level. All the staff are exceptional. A huge asset and skill to make your guests feel so welcome and nothing is too much trouble from the reception to the porter they are all fabulous at what they do. Special mention to Sahil and Daniel in Oasis bar whose warm welcomes and infectious smiles radiated such warmth. Our favourite bar staff in the resort. Carina on reception who welcomed us on arrival was first class. All the staff at the Clubhouse Pool were wonderfully attentive again with such warmth and friendliness. Alexandre the concierge gave us insight into options available, things to do and took time to explain things. The hotel website simply doesn't do this hotel justice and promote how stunning it all is from the rooms to the grounds to the pools. All so well tended and spotlessly clean wherever you go. The toilets dotted around the resort are also immaculate which must be incredibly difficult for those by the pools. We stayed in a deluxe sea view room which was incredible. Such comfort the best bed with a pillow menu option from the tablet in your room. Nice touches like turndown service with water and chocolates left. Huge spacious bathroom and bedroom all attractively furnished. We only ate out in Armacao de Pera town outside of the resort once which was disappointing when compared to the hotel restaurants like Whale, Atlantico, Adega and Mizu. We enjoyed all the activities on offer from Padel, mini golf and crazy golf. Loved the health club for early morning swim and steam room. First time in an ice cave. We will definitely return but for a longer period.

The property and overall experience was incredible. We loved the pools, the restaurants and food, the staff, the exercise room, and the tennis courts. The complimentary breakfast was spectacular, so fresh and beautifully arranged. We were also thrilled with the tennis pro Guilherme, a top Portuguese player, who provided lessons for our son. We had an incredible stay at this spectacular property and would definitely return!

We had a wonderful stay! The included breakfast was superb, and we especially appreciated that one of the breakfast options was served until 11:00 AM - perfect for a more relaxed morning. Our spacious room featured a convenient kitchenette, and the heated towel racks and bathroom floor added a touch of luxury. We also loved the thoughtful details, like the stylish straw beach bags available for guest use. The property boasts several beautiful pools set among stunning gardens, all with breathtaking views. Highly recommended for a comfortable and scenic getaway.

Cleanliness and the staff'' terrific. Breakfast the best. Adega.. bad dark and dingy, unwlcoming 50 min wait for first simple food. Giardino, bad.food sent back, cold. Bela Vita, very good, Whale, very good.. Japanese excellent, Atlantico, superb.

I don't know where to begin... Right from check-in, the staff were so accommodating, obliging and helpful. Our every request was accommodated. Above all, being our wedding Anniversary, they kept the Wine Cellar restaurant open only for Us,. Apparently, it was closed for the day. This is something which will go down memory lane and will gravitate us to Vila Vita again! I wish to take this opportunity to Thank each and every staff member personally, for making our stay and wedding anniversary one for the records! Highly recommend Vila Vita Parc.. Looking forward to returning! Thanks once again!🙏
